Processing Time

All VaSarli products are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail. Our processing times are:

  • Standard Orders: 3-5 business days
  • Custom Designs: 5-7 business days
  • Rush Orders: Available upon request (additional fees may apply)

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

South Africa (Domestic Shipping)

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Express Delivery: 1-2 business days after processing
  • Collection Points: Available at selected locations

International Shipping

  • Africa: 7-14 business days
  • Rest of World: 10-21 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. We offer:

  • Free standard shipping on orders over R500 within South Africa
  • Competitive international shipping rates
  • Express shipping options available

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through our shipping partner's website or contact us for updates.

Delivery Information

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive your package
  • Signature may be required for delivery
  • If delivery fails, packages will be held at the local depot
  • Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges
