We believe every piece you wear should make you feel radiant, affirmed, and royal. If it doesn’t, we’ll make it right.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
- You may return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
o Worn apparel
o Opened cosmetics or fragrances
o Earrings for pierced ears
o Underwear (excluding bras)
💸 Refund Options
- With proof of purchase:
o Full refund
o Store credit
o Exchange for another item
- Without proof of purchase:
o Exchange or store credit (if item is in saleable condition)
🛠️ Defective Items
- If your item is defective within 6 months, we’ll repair, replace, or refund it—no questions asked.
- Proof of purchase is required.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- For direct marketing purchases, you may cancel within 5 days of receiving the item for a full refund (per CPA Section 16).
